Our Call Center is at your complete disposal for information and reservations, every working day from 9.00 to 19.00, on May also on Saturday until 13.00 and from 1st of June to 30th September including Sundays until 13.00. We can accept reservations up to the day prior to your departure.

Our website gives all information regarding our timetable and applicable fares of our routes. Entering our website you can also book your trip directly on-line.
The published timetables and fares may be subject to variation. Please call our Call Center for further confirmation regarding your trip.

PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
Please contact our Call Center in order to receive information regarding our services towards persons with reduced mobility on our vessels and in the ports of departure and arrival.

PASSENGERS IN NEED OF SPECIAL ASSISTANCE AND/OR TREATMENT
In observance of the Italian law, and for all trips over 20 miles, the passenger has the right to give all personal information regarding his necessity for special assistance and/or treatment in emergency situations. This information will be communicated to the Port Authorities and to the Captain of the vessel on which the passenger will travel.
If the above is your case, please be so kind as to book your ticket through our Call Center.

GENERAL TRANSPORT CONDITIONS
Our general Transport Conditions are consultable on board of our vessels, ticket offices, the Registered Office of the Company and on our website www.usticalines.it. An abstract of our Conditions is printed on the back of your ticket.
In case of conflict between these versions, the conditions published on our website prevail.

LOSS OR THEFT OF YOUR TICKET
In case of theft or loss of your ticket the passenger must report the theft or loss to the Competent Authorities and to the Ustica Lines’ offices and send us copy of the report. In order to be able to travel on our vessels the passengers will have to purchase a new ticket. In case the lost ticket has not been used for the route and date indicated on the ticket, we will reimburse to you the price of the ticket within max. 6 months from the date of your trip.
